ADC Hands On is a workshop series hosted in collaboration with the ADC community that endeavors to dive into every creative discipline you can imagine. Designed to get creatives actually creating instead of simply being lectured to, every Hands On workshop is small enough for everyone involved to walk away with new skills, new insights and new friends.
In the new year, our workshop series will take place in the ADC Gallery bi-monthly. The next to occur in summer, date and time to be announced.
To date we have had four incredible ADC Hands On workshops:
- ADC Hands On: Lettering Workshop with Gemma O’Brien — a day long weekend workshop with the acclaimed letterer and YG13 winner Gemma O’Brien.
- ADC Hands On: Culture Jamming Workshop with Ivan Cash — an evening workshop with the San Francisco-based interactive artist, filmmaker and YGX winner Ivan Cash.
- ADC Hands On: Sharpie Art Workshop with Timothy Goodman — a day long weekend workshop with NYC-based designer, illustrator, author and YG7 winner Timothy Goodman.
- ADC Hands On: Food Photography with Felicia Perretti — an afternoon workshop with NYC-based food photographer and ADC Member, Felicia Perretti
