Young Guns 9 winner Jonathan Bartlett recently illustrated a story titled “The Inconstant Moon” for Tor.com. Written by Alaya Dawn Johnson, the story unfolds around a vampire hunter who falls in love with one of her huntee’s during the roaring 20s.
