“A to Z Project” with Red Peak’s Stewart Devlin
Red Peak Branding's Stewart Devlin discusses Cube-winning branding assignment
Imagine bringing together some of the greatest designers, illustrators and art directors in the world to create an all-new font, with each letter and number wildly different — yet in perfect harmony with each other.
In the latest video of ADC’s Behind The Cube series, Stewart Devlin, Chief Creative Officer of Red Peak Branding, talks about “A to Z Project”, a branding campaign meant to refresh Free Arts NYC, a nonprofit organization that helps bring art into the lives of underserved children in the Big Apple. “A to Z Project” won a Bronze Cube at the ADC 93rd Annual Awards in April 2014.
Included in the 45 contributing artists are ADC Hall of Fame laureates George Lois, Michael Bierut, Ivan Chermayeff, Bob Gill and Fabien Baron; ADC Young Guns Jessica Hische, Timothy Goodman, Mike Perry, Julia Hoffman and James Victore; and ADC Board Member Brian Collins.
ADC Awards Season 2015 is now open, including the ADC 94th Annual Awards, ADC Tomorrow Awards 2015 and ADC Young Guns 13!
