The ADC Annual Awards competition identifies and honors the best work of the year in print and broadcast advertising, interactive media, graphic design, publication design, packaging, photography and illustration.

Winners are presented at a special evening in New York City in May. The event includes a reception, multimedia awards presentation, and party. The winners are also documented in the Art Directors Annual and their works displayed at the exhibition. Higher award winners are also included in exhibitions that travel throughout North America, Europe, Asia and South America.
