Dtac, as a telecommunication company wants all of people to have the ability to communicate. After launching this campaign in both offline and online media, there were a lot of people talking about this on social media. Moreover, this created among customers a popularity of about 30% more than we expected. We hope this campaign will be a prototype project for Telenor Group to adopt, so it can be more useful in the future. This would hopefully mean that hearing-impaired people will get the ability to hear just like others.
