Music Vs Gun Violence
Music Vs Gun Violence is a Chicago-based anti-gun violence campaign spearheaded by the interactive music video “Put The Guns Down”. The track stars Grammy-winner Common, alongside other influential Chicago hip-hop artists in a song that, just like gun violence, never ends. The integrated campaign drove people online to contribute their own unique verse in an ever-growing track and dialogue against gun violence in the Chicago. In the days after launch, the track grew from 4 minutes to over an hour long.
