EVP/Executive Creative Director, Digital Platforms, Deutsch
Tara leads the Digital Platform creative team at Deutsch and in 2015 was recognized as one of the top 30 most creative women in advertising. She is an Executive Creative Director with a user experience background and believes that building platforms, products, and services is a critical move for companies that want to make more meaningful relationships with people in the digital era.
At Deutsch she has launched the digital platforms vw.com & ta.co for TacoBell. She has helped win many new agency relationships including Anthem, Sprint & Foster Farms. Prior to joining Deutsch, Tara was a pioneer Executive Creative Director of R/GA’s LA office, where she led an award-winning creative group on the Beats by Dre “Pills” and “Hear What You Want” integrated campaigns. Tara served as ECD for Nike+ Fuelband, which won more than 60 awards, including the industry’s most prestigious, the Cannes Titanium Grand Prix.
Tara has deep expertise in mobile design, social design and game-influenced digital experiences. She first came to user experience through messing around with analog keyboards and music software. While writing music, she was inspired by how new technology could empower new behaviors, an inspiration that has become a practice she follows every day.
