Creative Director, SY/Partners

I’m a Creative Director. I’m originally from East Africa and made my way to New York via the UK, Spain and Argentina. I’m currently a Creative Director at SY/Partners in New York. My experience and passion spans strategy, branding, animation, directing and content. I’m medium agnostic working across the digital, print, broadcast and environmental space. I’m hands-on and I believe in ideas-led design – ideas that tell a story and engage an audience.

I speak at conferences and festivals on a regular basis. I’ve twice being nominated for an Emmy, winning in 2009 for my work on Mad Men. My work has been recognized by D&AD, BDA and The One Club and has been featured in publications from ID magazine to Creative Review.
