Katrine Jo Madsen

Born in Copenhagen, educated at Hyper Island in Stockholm, matured in New York and now working at TBWA DAN in Paris, Katrine is a well-versed creative bridging the online- and offline world.
Having worked with a variety of clients, ranging from global fashion brands to Scandinavian furniture and German cars, she has developed a healthy understanding of business problems and how to create solutions answering those. Somewhere between human insights, experimentation with media and delicate execution you’ll find most of her solutions, which has resulted in her being responsible for winning almost every industry award, counting Cannes Lions, Eurobest, D&AD, London International Awards, Favorite Website Awards and Euro Effies amongst others. Besides giving frequent lectures at the Danish School of Media and Journalism, she has judged international shows like 2013 Eurobest and 2014 Cannes Lions as well as Danish shows several times. In early 2014, she co-founded the Nordic chapter of the global network SheSays.
She’s a firm believer in doing hard things well, in being open towards everything and everyone and – above all – in good food and off-topic conversations.
